September Pack Meeting

Join us for the first pack meeting of 2025! This Pack meeting will be a bit different than usual as we will need some time at the end for the parents to chat about the pack! We will get a couple of leaders to keep the scouts entertained after the "meeting," so don't worry about that. If your scout has a Class A uniform, they should wear it; if they don't, it's not a problem - have them come dressed to play! We will cover the following as a group, so if you have something to add or want to step up to help with something, please be prepared to say so!

• Treasurer

• Medical Form officer

• Recruitment chair

• Fundraising chair

• Medical forms!

  • I'll explain this in detail tomorrow and answer questions!

  • We will need one of these for anyone participating in an event, including parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, and uncles.

  • We will need a photocopy of the insurance card associated with that person as well.

  • i'll have a small printer copier on hand to make copies!

  • The med form is attached if you want to prefill it before tomorrow night!

Last but not least, we will have a breakout for the Lion den parents to identify if this den will meet alone or with the tigers, and if there is a den leader who will step forward!
